Thierry Plourde, CEO
Thierry joined Alliance Nav as CEO in 2022, bringing with him a diverse background in finance having worked for various financial investment firms in London (UK) and Montreal (CA). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from McGill University and a Master’s degree from London Business School.
Gabriel Rebibo, COO
Gabriel oversees operations at Alliance Nav, drawing on over fifteen years of experience in sales, business development, and field service management. He excels in building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth. His focus on enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty has been key to the success of a top-tier marine service business. Gabriel’s dedication to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service has played a vital role in fostering lasting partnerships and expanding the company's market presence.
Daniel Rebibo, Executive Chairman
Daniel is the founder and Executive Chairman of Alliance Nav, where he has a strong history of fostering innovation and growth. Under his leadership, the company has become a prominent Nav Comm service hub and distributor in Canada and the US, recognized for its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

Alliance Nav opens its first permanent US service location in Cleveland, Ohio.
2023
Alliance Nav surpasses the 100-vessel mark for installation of DIS (Draft Information Systems) systems, a game-changing solution it co-developed along with Wärtsilä and the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation.

Full renewal of all radars onboard the CSL fleet.

Alliance Nav and Wärtsilä are part of a key group of players that were involved in the design and commercialization of the Draft Information System.

Alliance Nav wins a contract to install and implement a complete navigation simulator at Georgian College in Owen Sound, Ontario.

Alliance Nav is awarded a contract to install over 100 first-generation AIS systems on all the Canadian Shipowner Association vessels.

Alliance Nav opens its second office in St. Catharines, Ontario to better service its Canadian vessel owners and operators across the Seaway.
1994
Daniel Rebibo founded Alliance Nav, after his previous employer Honeywell shut down its marine servicing operations in Montreal.
